Creating a context where people can flourish is bedrock to valuing people.

Many organizations aspire to this endeavor and few achieve it. Even fewer sustain it. Creating and keeping this kind of culture is all about directional leadership. The owners and senior leaders successful in this regard know they are the lever pullers to make it happen. Accountability by their definition means “their part counts". They live it, lead it, invest in it, and sustainably impact people because of it. The mantle of this leadership role is incredibly significant.

With a strong belief that all people were created by and matter to God, I have given my life to encouraging and developing people. Desiring to see them reach their full potential has always been motivational. Discovery of my personal growth needs has happened along the way and I am thankful for mentors consistently investing in my character and capacity development. This has occurred in the context of leadership roles in the varied sectors of military, government, non-profit, large business, and small business.

Twenty plus years in executive leadership has given me the opportunity to better understand the need to lead well. The impact when leaders stay the course of building, and keeping great culture cannot be understated. At b4i our mission is all about building culture to sustainably impact people.
